It is with extreme gratitude that I am writing this letter to you with regards to OUTSTANDING service I have received from Bronwyn.
Our marriage took place on 5 May 2018 – and our Honeymoon was booked from 8 May 2018 – 14 May 2018 at Olhuvelli Beach & Spa Resort – Maldives.
I have started planning our honeymoon well in advance, and have contacted two travel agencies with regards to advice and quotations. The first, a very well known company, took 4 days to get back to me, I contacted Just Honeymoons after three days, and Bronwyn immediately sent me an email, to ask when an appropriate time would be for her to call me to discuss my expectations, ideas and concerns.
After a short but well-informed conversation the next day, Bronwyn sent me quotations from a couple of resorts in the Maldives. Never did she once try to “push” a certain resort, but she left the decision up to me. I have decided on Olhuvelli at the end, and we could not have been any happier!! After all, paperwork was completed, and the first deposits were paid, Bronwyn also advised me to wait for a little for the exchange rate to strengthen as the R/$ conversion was not good at the time, to settle the outstanding balance. Now, this is where someone with an absolute passion for her work comes in to play………. Brownyn sent me emails after hours, and on weekends to remind me that the exchange rate looked better, and it might strengthen more. There were numerous times that Bronwyn contacted me, regarding the exchange rate, and for someone like me that has very busy days and can’t keep an eye on the exchange rate, this was really appreciated!
Needless to say, my, now wife, had no idea where we were going, and I kept on teasing her with Ice in Alaska, the sand dunes in Egypt, and not to forget the tequila in Mexico……..
Travel Insurance – Bronwyn also advised me to go to my Bank, as they will most of the time give you travel insurance. Unfortunately, my bank could not offer this, as I paid via EFT and did not “swipe” my bank card. I have received travel insurance documents from the bank, but also asked Bronwyn to assist. I opted for Bronwyn to go ahead and do the travel insurance on my behalf and did not once think twice of paying a little extra, for the expert that was busy assisting me .
