It was so professionally done, from our first encounter via email, all our requests and requirements were met with a smile.
Etihad was a fantastic airline, their service exceeded expectations, as well as their meals they offered. Our transfers from airports to hotels and back to airports made our travels so simple and carefree, and we were always met with a smile and driven in style to our destinations.
Duangjitt, our resort in Phuket, I will highly recommend. It was beautiful and gorgeous green gardens and pools. It was also south enough of Patong, to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town however close enough to walk to enjoy the beach and nightlife. The staff were so friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already saving to return there.
Su, your tour lady, met us there and make recommendations on which tours to go to, without pushing them on us. She was very accommodating and lovely to meet. We decided on 2 tours. We went on a Speedboat to Phi-Phi islands and surrounding islands, which was divine. The 2nd tour we did was the Canoe trip to the Hongs, which was also delightful. We did not do all the others, as we are saving them for our return. 🙂
Our hotel in Bangkok was beautiful and we have upgraded again, into an Executive Suite, which was so appreciated. The hotel, their staff and food was amazing as well.
Our whole trip from beginning to end was done with such professionalism and commitment to giving us the best holiday we could experience. We will be sure to book through Polly again.
