Thailand, Kee Resort Phuket – May 2012

Hi Edwina,

Firstly, we would like to say thank you for going the extra mile to accommodate our requirements! We look forward to booking more holidays with you in the future and have recommended your services to others as well!

Thailand is an amazingly wild, busy and beautiful place! Everything went off seamlessly from airport transfers to stunning accommodation.

Alan had a blast buying clothes, I’m sure he won’t need to buy any for a very long time! I would definitely recommend taking your own clothes with and not to rely on shopping for everything when you get there! (We only packed one change of clothes and pyjamas! The Pathumwan Princess Hotel was a perfect choice and we loved the fact that you could walk straight from the lobby into the MBK Shopping Centre!

There is so much to do in Thailand, I feel that 7 nights is just not enough! Our favourite activity was the snorkelling at the Similan Islands of Pa Nga Island (Phuket). It is far less commercialised than Phi Phi Islands, although that was also a lovely trip.

In Bangkok, the highlight was the night time river cruise that included dinner and live entertainment! And the temples and palaces were so breathtaking. I don’t normally take to other religions very readily, but I was in awe of what I saw!

A tip for people taking kids – don’t stay anywhere near Bangla Road! Woah, what an eye-opener! We enjoyed the Kee Resort in Phuket because it was right in the hub of everything and never had to hire transport!

I also, need to mention the cashew nut factory – wow, never knew about the cashew fruit and had never seen a cashew nut tree – and I adore cashews!

There is so much to mention really and its so hard to put it all into words! I will forward a few pictures in a couple of days as we are having trouble with our ADSL line. Hopefully, it will be sorted out this weekend.

Thanks again, and look forward to dealing with you in the near future.

Kind regards

Alan and Candice
