Step into one of our 74 villas and discover the vibrant story of Zanzibar. Each retreat is a testament to Swahili culture and local artistry, meticulously sculpted with curved, coral-colored walls, colourful stained-glass windows, and unique decorative screens. Topped with traditional makuti roofs woven from coconut straw, these villas are designed for comfort. Enjoy the cool interiors thanks to hand-cast terrazzo by local craftspeople, and admire furniture crafted from Tanzanian materials. Swim Up Villa
These villas are bathed in light and enjoy direct access to a shared infinity pool. An outdoor shower surrounded by nature allows you to cool off, while inside the king-size bed faces the terrace and promises a gentle wake-up call
Deluxe Villa
Our intimate Deluxe Villas each have a private pool and garden, perfect for getting away from it all. The large bathroom has a double walk-in shower, which opens onto a shaded terrace, garden and private pool. Inside, there is a bedroom, a desk and a reading area (or siesta area, if you prefer)!
Deluxe Villa with Partial Sea View
The same calm, comfort and privacy as our Deluxe Villa, but with the ocean peeking through the trees.
This spacious villa comes with a private pool and garden, a double walk-in shower that opens onto a shaded terrace, and a bedroom with a desk and reading area (or siesta spot – no judgment).

Our two-level Seafront Villas have panoramic views of the ocean. On the first floor, you can take in the breathtaking views from your private pool, where the water and horizon merge. On the lower level, a shaded private garden area invites you to cool off in the outdoor shower or relax in a hammock lulled by the sound of the waves.
Beachfront Villa
