Shanti Maurice has 61 spacious Suites and Villas spread across 36 acres of fragrant tropical gardens. All Suites and Villas offer sea views overlooking the Indian Ocean, and Villas offer private pools, outdoor rain showers and dining pavilions or ‘Salas’. Located on the ground or first floor, these Suites have a large balcony and are closer to the ocean and the beach. The suites located on the ground floor are equipped with an outdoor shower.

16 Junior Suites Oceanfront (Size: 72m²)
Ocean and shore view – Luxurious first floor Suites directly on the beachfront with elegant tropical flair featuring spacious bathrooms and dressing rooms and a large covered furnished veranda with sunbed and dining table offering spectacular sea view and beach view over the whole lagoon.

16 Junior Suites Beachfront (Size: 65m² – 72m²)
Beach perfection – Luxurious ground floor Suites directly on the beachfront with a nice secluded beach area and private sunbed patio. Elegant tropical flair featuring spacious bathrooms with outdoor shower, dressing rooms and a large covered furnished veranda with sunbed and dining table offering a unique direct access to the beach with spectacular sea view and beach view over the whole lagoon.

8 Ocean View Pool Villas (Size: 250m²)
Where privacy meets luxury – Located on the ground floor with direct sea view and a private garden with lounge beds, the Villa has a temperature controlled private swimming pool (36 m2), built in Jacuzzi bed and private dining pavilion. The bathroom features a walk in closet, dressing table, oversized bathtub, separate rain shower, a private toilet with bidet, 2 washbasins and a separate outdoor shower.

5 Beachfront Suite Pool Villas (Size: 375m²)
Spacious Beach Villa Lifestyle – Directly on the beach with an open sea view and located in the tropical garden in the first row on the beach offering a private kiosk with sunbeds. Equipped with a temperature-controlled private swimming pool (54 m2), built-in Jacuzzi bed and private dining pavilion. The bathroom features a walk-in closet, a dressing table, oversized bathtub, separate rain shower, a private toilet with bidet, 2 washbasins and a separate outdoor shower.

3 Luxury Double Suite Pool Villas (Size: 675m²)
Family Life at its best – Enjoy the luxury of space offering an open view of the ocean while your privacy is respected. The Villa is located in the tropical beach front garden, offering close access to the beach. Equipped with a temperature-controlled private swimming pool (60 m2) and large decking, built-in Jacuzzi bed and private dining pavilion. The bathroom in each Suite features a walk-in closet, a dressing table, an oversized bathtub, a separate rain shower, a private toilet with bidet, 2 washbasins and 2 individual outdoor showers.

1 Shanti Villa with Pool (Size: 1,000 m²)
Unrivalled space and unsurpassed privacy, the Shanti Villa is the ultimate blissful retreat. Offering a stunning view over the whole lagoon and the ocean, the Villa comprises of two master bedrooms with individual outdoor rain showers. The temperature-controlled private swimming pool (140 m2) with built in Jacuzzi beds and large decking, enclosed courtyards and a wrap-around balcony with exotically landscaped private gardens. A separate dining area and spacious living area. A separate butler’s quarter with an adjacent kitchen allows guests the option of seeking the services of the resort’s dedicated butler during their stay. This third bedroom can also accommodate two kids if required.
