Mauritius, Veranda Paul & Virginie – January 2018

Hi, Desire

The trip to Mauritius was amazing and everything worked out perfect thank you.

We were so busy with all the activities but still could work in some rest. We hired a scooter the one day and explored the Island and took the tandem on the hottest day and forgot the wallet at the hotel but it was a good adventure!

It was especially hot and we were surprised to find that the weather is so constant. That air-con in the room was a lifesaver. Also, the wifi service was extremely good.

We missed our morning with Joe, but went to book the activities ourselves and later met up withDes underwater 1 Joe. We found his prices to be much more expensive than at the place we booked so we were quite glad we booked earlier that morning…

I’m glad I took the half board option as we still ordered what we wanted without restricting ourselves and worked out cheaper than the full board eventually.

Thank you for all the advise and bookings – appreciate it!

Mauritius, Veranda Paul & Virginie – March 2018

Hi Kylie,

Thank you very much.

We loved every moment of our Mauritius Honeymoon.

Flights:

Was good but when is flying really ever fun.

Transfers:

No hassles whatsoever, we were met at the airport and transferred to the resort without any delays.

Accommodation:

– The resort was stunning, everything that we had hoped for.
– The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their service and attention to detail was exceptional.
– We really appreciated the visit from the Connections representative on the first morning who took time to explain all the tours and activities that we could partake in. This was a nice touch.
– The food was amazing, every single meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner was fantastic.
– Our room was always clean, mini bar stocked and we always came back to our room to find a note with an invite to something happening at the resort.
– We made use of all the included activities including kayaking, glass bottom boat, snorkelling etc. This was loads of fun.
– Other activities & sightseeing that we enjoyed was the catamaran excursion which was awesome – highly recommended.

We did a tour of the ‘Wild South West’ which we thoroughly enjoyed. We saw many of the beautiful spots across that part of the island.

All in all our honeymoon was the best holiday we’ve ever had and we are definitely planning on returning to Mauritius.

All the arrangements that you made went off without hitch and we had no difficulties at any stage of our holiday.

Thank you kindly
